This is the website of the Gender-ED Coalition (https://), a EU co-funded project formed by consortium that brings together all required expertise, each partner working with an extended network of partners : Sofia Development Association and BISI (Bulgaria), Savoir Devenir (France), Daissy Research Group from Hellenic Open University (Greece), FORMA.AZIONE SRL (Italy).

The personal data protection charter of the Association Savoir Devenir:

  •  The information collected will be kept on computer so that the association's services can respond to requests for information and support for people who are victims of cyber-bullying or cyber-crime.

  • Your responses to requests for information which are not essential to the proper execution of our support in response to the request are optional and your failure to respond will not entail any particular consequences.

  • Your data may be exchanged with charities or commercial companies as part of the action taken to resolve your situation in the event of cyber-bullying or cyber-crime.

  • We do not sell your data;

  • We use your data in full transparency with you (you will be informed before any transfer of your data to a third party); and only for explicit, legitimate and specific purposes and in compliance with the principle of proportionality;

  • We do not keep your data longer than is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, nor longer than is required by current regulations on the protection of personal data;

  • We always give priority to the security of the personal data you entrust to us.

How to exercise your rights

Internet users may at any time and free of charge, in accordance with the regulatory provisions in force relating to the protection of personal data, exercise their rights:

  • access,

  • rectification

  • to erasure - to oblivion: in particular when the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or when your consent was exclusively required for processing and you withdraw it, or if you object to the processing. However, you do not have the right to erasure or blocking of data when the data concerned is mandatory and essential to the processing of the request;

  • of limitation: in particular in the event of inaccuracy of the data or when you contest the basis of the legitimate interest in collecting the data;

  • a right to portability, which allows you to request the transfer of the personal data you have provided to us. You may request a transfer either directly to you or to a data controller that you have indicated to us.
